All families experience triumphs and challenges, and families formed through adoption tend to encounter unique challenges as they grow and change.  The REACH team is here to help navigate crisis when is arises.

Crisis Support

The REACH program is staffed by Master’s level adoption social workers who are trained and familiar with adoption issues. We offer crisis support counseling free of charge. Families are also eligible to receive in-home case management services as needed. Participants may include adoptive parents and children, as well as extended family members. To schedule an intake appointment, please call us at 209-669-2577.
